Network Maintenance Outsourcing Customers with an
existing network who wants to maintain proper functionality through outsourcing
(with guaranteed response times and no overhead costs).
Maintenance contracts cover various network and computing problems or upgrades
that arise as a result of normal daily network use. They also include general
preventative measures (such as virus scanning) to avoid more serious problems.
Contracts can include support for the network, computers and servers or any
combination of these
Network Design
The ANMS design and installation process is designed to give you maximum
flexibility and control throughout the project. We begin with a one-on-one
consultation to determine your equipment and performance requirements; strategic
and tactical plans are developed from this meeting. We then proceed with
the design of network topology to meet your requirements; appropriate network
hardware is also chosen based on your specifications. With then present
the client with the proposed network design and implementation plan so that any
final concerns may be addressed. Upon approval of the plan, we purchase of
all necessary equipment and provide full installation of all hardware and
cabling; followed by configuration of all network elements, testing of the
system, and staff training before bringing the network live. We then
provide network maintenance based upon a monthly support agreement.
Network Expansion
ANMS follows the process below for upgrading and expanding
existing customer networks:

Evaluate the existing network

Determine additional or alternative equipment, software, and
operating system for upgrade

Design additional network sections (legs)

Present full upgrade system solutions to customer

Install or replace equipment, cabling, operating system and
software

Configuration and testing of upgraded network
Troubleshooting
ANMS provides network troubleshooting for customers with a recurring known or
unidentifiable network problem or major network failure
ANMS will send a certified technician to your facility to troubleshoot your
network. The visit typically includes:

Examination of the network to target the problem area

Identification of the specific network problem
-
Presentation of solution options (if problem is large enough
to justify)

Implementation of agreed solution
Troubleshooting sessions may take any length of time, from a few
minutes to several days, depending on the severity of the problem. At ANMS, we
will try to pre-troubleshoot certain issues with you over the phone to save you
time and money. We also will help to train you on simple computer and networking
issues that you may want to fix yourself. We recognize that different companies
have different requirements and different ways of working. ANMS provides
the flexibility to accommodate your varying business needs.
